La Gentilhommière is a perfect example of Burgundian architecture. It also showcases typical architectural details from the 16th century. The former hunting lodge was constructed with local materials and still features Pontigny tiles and exposed stones. The restaurant has an old-world charm with its exposed wooden beams, while the guest rooms showcase a perfect blend of traditional and modern design.

Although the property has preserved its classical features, they have also modernized to accommodate guests with accessibility needs. They have designated rooms with wheelchair-friendly bathrooms equipped with raised toilets and grab rails.
