Although Airelles Gordes, La Bastide has only existed as a hotel since 2015, it consists of buildings that have been part of the town of Gordes for over 500 years. Design and Architecture

The designers and architects of Airelles Gordes, La Bastide, including renowned interior artist Christophe Tollemer, took careful notes of the many regal and impressive properties throughout France when they were planning the hotel. While the buildings are from the 16th century, they set about creating a hotel with the atmosphere of an 18th-century palatial country manor. Clover Gordes

Clover Gordes is made up of two sections, both led by Chef Jean-Francois Piège. Clover Green is a vegetarian restaurant specializing in delicious and healthy menus, while Clover Grill features open-flame delicacies such as steaks.

La Bastide Bar
