Design and Architecture

For its exterior, Hôtel Madison preserved the building's classic Haussmann architecture, choosing to restore and embellish the facade. This style has been the iconic look of Paris since Napoleon III and Georges-Eugène Haussmann undertook a massive renovation project that spanned nearly two decades. The architecture is characterized by its symmetrical and uniform stonework, as well as balconies or windows with ornate metal railings. For its interiors, much of its design was done in Art Deco, which was the most prevalent style in 1920s Paris. This sense of preserving and modernizing the hotel's original aesthetics creates an immersive vintage ambiance that hearkens back to the Années folles.

To address the needs of guests with accessibility impairments, Hôtel Madison provides wheelchair-friendly accommodations. These rooms are equipped with a roll-in shower with grab bars, lowered sinks, and raised toilets, as well as railings to grab on to for support and balance.

The dining options offered by Hôtel Madison may be simple and straightforward, but they will still be quite energizing and flavorful.

Guests can partake in the hotel's regular breakfast service for 25 EUR (28 USD), which is available from 7 am until 11 am. You have the choice between regular and gourmet food items, so try out whichever fancies your palate at that time. The hotel will also be happy to adjust the food you will be served if you let them know about any allergies or dietary restrictions. If you're pressed for time or just prefer lighter fare, you can instead avail yourself of the express breakfast package for 8 EUR (9 USD). This will also be available at the same time as the regular breakfast, and includes a pastry, fruit, and a hot beverage.

Aside from breakfast, the hotel also has a bar which serves a nice variety of delectable cocktails, tasty cold or hot beverages, and a wine list personally curated by the sommelier. During the winter months, the bar also holds a warm and cozy gourmet tea service next to the fireplace.
