The hotel was originally a traditional Basque half-timbered house built sometime in the 18th century. For 19 EUR (22 USD), guests can start their day with a filling morning meal comprised of familiar favorites and regional delights. The continental breakfast includes many tasty items you shouldn't miss, such as freshly baked Viennese pastries and breads, paired with jams made with local fruits. They also offer compotes of the same fruits, as well as hams, cold cuts, and eggs.

Slate Platter

Looking for a light meal or snack to enjoy while relaxing or socializing? For 19.50 EUR (23 USD), the hotel can prepare a special slate stone platter of regional meat delicacies, featuring items such as sausages, chorizos, Bayonne ham, and sheep cheese. Complement these meats with a bottle of Château de Cabidos, a winery partner of the hotel.
